Nestled in the rolling hills of Jonesborough, TN, Fauna Forest Farm is 33 acres of open fields, hardwood and pine forests, a spring and creek, and mountain views. It was overgrazed and mismanaged for decades, but the land was salvaged by passionate local community members in December of 2021 and has been gently cultivated with a diversity of plants and animals in a regenerative and supportive ecosystem.

Located just 10 minutes from East Tennessee State University, the farm now features multiple in-ground gardens, a 1/2 acre hazelnut orchard, a small kiwi vineyard, a mini-frog-pond, over a mile of trails, and lots of other magical nooks and crannies.

It is also home to our therapeutic horse partners, Bean and Eli, who contribute to the emergent wisdom that becomes available when therapy leaves the office and enters the natural world.

At Fauna Forest Farm, we believe nature-connection facilitates the skills, knowledge, and inner resources needed to live a meaningful, value-led life.
